Simona Ovčarikė – Founder and Managing Partner
Simona founded Fortis Legal Advisory in 2018 and has been actively engaged in the business and financial technology (fintech) sector ever since. In the United Kingdom, she advised cryptocurrency projects, including initial coin offerings (ICOs), as well as broader commercial matters. In Lithuania, she works with crypto companies seeking a CASP license under MiCA and is actively involved in board-level governance both in the UK and Lithuania.
In addition to corporate and commercial law, Simona has specialised expertise in UK and Lithuanian immigration law. For more than three years, she has handled immigration cases ranging from EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS) applications, family visas, and sponsor license applications to skilled worker and temporary work visas.
This dual expertise in regulated financial technologies and international immigration enables us to provide clients with strategically important and practice-proven legal solutions.
